WHAT IS PERMANENT MAKEUP & SMALL TATTOO REMOVAL/LIGHTENING?

Tattoo lightening or removal is a saline based tattoo fading or removal system that works by the process of osmosis. It is accomplished by tattooing the area with the saline based solution and allowing it to heal like you would your original tattoo. The solution works its magic by pushing the unwanted pigment up to the surface and allowing it to adhere to the scab. As the scab flakes so does the pigment. Once the pigment is removed from the area it leaves room for more ink.
